Is your mind Velcro or Teflon?

The latest on this “Teflon & Velcro” concept refers to the brain’s negativity bias. This means that the brain is hardwired to remember negative experiences and quickly forget positive experiences. According to neuroscientist Dr. Rick Hanson, the brain is like Velcro for negative experiences and Teflon for positive ones. This means that negative thoughts tend to stick to our brain and are hard to get off, while positive thoughts are like Teflon and don’t easily get remembered.

So…where do you begin to even begin to manage this. Become Unstuckable™!
