Just Breathe!
We are embarking on a level of technology we have yet to be able to evaluate with the multi-billion dollar AI market. Beyond all of the Terminator movies, AI is now a reality. I believe that one of the most powerful ways to navigate these sometimes confusing and tumultuous waters requires what Dr. Einstein put so well, “You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it.” What do you think he meant?
Many believe it is embracing and mastering the art of “mindfulness.” But, what is that? Mindfulness is defined as: “a way to focus on the present moment and avoid getting caught up in worries about the future or thoughts of the past.” Simple, but not always easy. However, it is the golden gate to being in the present moment.
